Hey guys, thanks so much for visiting my site. I'm very excited to be actively doing my part to help motivate as many people as possible to get into great shape and stay in shape! I want to help millions of people! If you've always wanted to have the best body you could possibly have but no matter what you seem to try nothing ever works, then maybe you need some actual professional one on one coaching. Following the free workouts I post on IG and give away here on the site is a great start. But nothing beats having a motivated, well educated and passionate online trainer/coach to keep tabs on you, check in with you, hold you accountable, make you send progress pics and stop at nothing until you get the results you want. Its easy sometimes to lose track and become demotivated or even frustrated. I've spent 5 years of my life making a living helping people achieve their fitness goals, no matter what they are, I am confident I can help get you there faster than you would by yourself! Or even prevent you from completely falling off. 
Custom one on one online training and coaching with me includes all of the following and certainly not limited to;
  • An initial phone consultation anywhere from 30-60 minutes. This allows us to get to know each other, and for me to get to know your daily schedule, lifestyle, routine, habits, good or bad, hobbies, likes, dislikes, what your personal fitness goals are, why, how long they've been your goals, how many times if any have you failed, and what workouts and diets you have tried in the past.
  • Based on this conversation I can fully customize a workout plan designed around your busy lifestyle. I can design a diet and meal plan based on your likes and dislikes. I can incorporate your daily schedule into making it all fit with as little inconvenience as possible so that it is practical to you, so you can actually stick to it. If you can't stick to it, it won't work!
  • We establish your baseline fitness stats. Height, age, current weight, current mile time (if applicable), current push up best (if applicable), current pull up best (if applicable), current squat best (if applicable) and current plank or crunches best. By measuring actual physical output and ability, then we will be able to track progress and go for results.
  • We start with before pictures in whatever style of clothes you are comfortable in, you can also cut out your face if this makes you comfortable. Shorts and a sports bra are usually best for women, and shorts and a shirtless is usually best for men. Again whatever clothes you are comfortable in is the most important thing here.
  • My only condition is that you can commit to a ABSOLUTE minimum of 4 days a week of strength training/cuircuit training (aside from doing cardio on your own time) . It is my firm belief and generally accepted principle that 3 days a week is not enough to illicit physical changes in the body. I need a 4 day a week commitment from you at a minimum, not-negotiable
  • All workout plans are completely re-adjustable and re-writable an unlimited number of times after we have begun, as long as you are still enrolled in my one on one custom training plan with me.
  • All diets are completely re-adjustable and re-writable an unlimited number of times after we have begun, as long as you are still enrolled in my one on one custom training plan with me.
  • Complete Supplement guidance plan for either cutting, bulking or maintenance.
  • 24/7 email access for any type of questions whatsoever as you go along
  • Weekly phone call check-ins scheduled as needed
  • Progress pics must be sent every Sunday, either morning afternoon or night, if you will not be home that Sunday, take them the Saturday before. If you do not send weekly progress pics I will assume you are not taking the program seriously and will hold you accountable. At which point I can not be held responsible for any lack of results from a program you are not following. if you are going on vacation, will be away that weekend or otherwise legitimately cannot send progress pics please notify me via email why and we will reschedule or pick up the following week
  • The program is a month to month service, there is an initial 3 month commitment for two reasons, I only want serious clients that I know will follow the plan I write for them, and it takes the body on average anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks to really respond to any new programs. 3 months gives us the perfect amount of time to find the right routine for you. After the 3 months, billing will continue automatically month to month and you can continue or you can cancel any time after the 3 months with a 30 DAY NOTICE.  It's only $99/ month and you can sign up on the site with any card
